Weather still cold but no rain. Ground wet and some snow on higher ground. Ride up to The Halo, across to Cowpe, drop down to Stubbins, into Ramsbottom and home. Dan fell of and landed on handlebars

Bike ride with Dan. 3hrs. Track to Haslingden, then to Irwell Vale. Along to Stubbins and then up to Peel Tower. Back down Moor Rd and Helmshore. Up Grane Rd and down Sough Lane. Up Brookside and Heys.

Sunday morning ride, Halo to Cowpe and back. 4 hours. Sunshine and blue skys. Cold but the suns warmth getting through.
